Finally, I am back with new and eggciting artwork! I have officially graduated with my associates in art, I'm currently on my gap year so now I am able to share with all of you a new illustration that I had started yesterday. So I have became familiar with a popular character Gudetama, an egg with little to energy with high merchandise with sales expanding global. So yesterday I wanted to make a Gudetama inspired art piece but with another breakfast item instead. So I took the time and researched kanji and found Mera Mera (メラメラ) which is an SFX for flames burning, such as a campfire; can also be a mental burning.

On my search, I also found the Japanese translation for bacon and found Bēkon. In the thumbnail design, I thought of a female character made from bacon with a bit of a temper that can get worse depending on what happens. I gave her a pink strand of hair which was kept in the designing process. The scar also made her a bit more intimidating though she looks to be more cute than threatening. Overall, I think the colors work well together as red is usually a strong warm color.
