This is Blippi; a long-time pursuer of the Fine Clowning Arts and trying leader of the Ragtag Crew. He always had a hard time fitting in with most successful circus clowns, and through a few unfortunate run-ins, has found his place as the honorary ringleader in his gang of misfits. He's a little too nice for his own good, but everybody in the crew seems to like and respect him for his hospitality, he keeps them and their operations running smoothly. Blippi prides his commitment to bringing smiles and is the spitting image of an optimistic clown.
