Felt like drawing some chichis and for once with a different hair style
She's cute and the flowers are awesome

Pretty good! I like her design a lot. The idea of how her hair looks is really creative and the colors you’ve used are really pleasing to the eye.
You’ve got some potential. I’d say keep drawing more and more. You’ll get a lot of great practice and get even stronger at drawing, like smoother and tighter linework! Study some anatomy, that’ll help make it easier to imagine, and put her design on paper.
Again, nice work! Keep it up!
