Day 12 2022: FORGET

Ooooooh this one was a doozy to draw out yet so intriguing when coming up with it!

One of the major reasons I wanted to see how much of Dark Children concepts and lore I could do with this Inktober is to explore the freshly worked out characters and their lives, their backgrounds, the trivias about them. And this theme in particular is when that opportunity shone the most!

Trevis is overall an interesting character to explore, just as much as the rest. What clicked with this image really helped to sell the first glances at what could be up in Astantia, Frelyndor especially, and the impressions it left on the gang to do what they do and be seen by some as "rebels". Some had a rough start, some had a whole paradigm shift in their lives. Did somebody get lucky out of them all? Probably, but even I'm yet to find that out.

I won't go into explaining the story Trevis has, not only due to needing extra polish to feel real, but it's best to be shown than told.

Dark Children is a dark fantasy project in works that covers the story of misfits that try to overcome their own demons with the obscure past of a fallen civilization haunting them.

Currently in works is a comic set up in a world within Sonic Universe, known by the title "Prelude to Ascent".
