i'd suggest you draw less frames when you make a blinking animation. Blinking is usually very fast (unless you actually want to make it slow, in which case its ok) so it doesnt take more than 2 or 3 frames. Also you should insert more frames not blinking so when it loops it doesnt look like its constantly blinking. Everything else is good!
