Welcome to Cement City!
A place known for having a very high crime-rate, and also being home to some of the most dangerous people on the planet.
Plagued with murders, illegal sales, racism, sexism, and all of the like. It's government being controlled by an ever-expanding mafia empire. It's citizens are afraid to speak out in risk of being captured, murdered, or worse.
Well, most of them at least...
~What's Cemented Outcasts?~
Cemented Outcasts is a story about a group of homeless kids who met each other through strange circumstances, teaming up to defeat the mafia who's been controlling the streets of their city for decades.
~Who are the characters?~
Vincent - A bushy-haired underdog who actively tries to fight back against the mafia's reign. He tries to be the city's batman, killing multiple mob members and pretty much being on the mafia's most wanted list. He thinks of himself as a hero, even if it could be doing more harm than good.
Nick - A raccoon-human hybrid who's been outcast-ed by the world for being seen as a "pest". Usually living in empty lots and alleyways, he's been restricted from living a normal life. That is until he was given the encouragement and motivation to try and make a change, even if it means the loss of his own life.
Wilbur - A crack-addicted kid who's been taken advantage of by certain members of the mob. He has very limited memory about his past and seems to zone out sometimes. However, on the off occasion you think he's an easy target, you're dead wrong.
Many more characters are set to be revealed as the story progresses, so stay tuned.
~When will I get to read this thing?~
As for now, it's still unknown when our first chapter will release. The golden road for this series has already been played out, including plot, characters, settings, etc. Now all that's left to do is to finish our first chapter. This can take weeks or maybe even months, as most of the people working on this series are still in high school. However we'll make sure it'll be worth the wait.
~So uh... is that it?~
For now, yes. We'll announce the release date of Chapter 1 when we think we have enough done to set up a deadline, and open the gate to many more chapters in the future.
Until then, thank you for reading.
