Style, expression, proportion, it really is very well done.
I'd love to see this finished, with full detail and all.
Will both eye's be glowing? I think that the one that isn't currently should have a slight glow, but really this is very good.

I was trying to give her non-glowing eye a slight yellow glow, but it didn't really show up. Maybe I'll go back and make this into a finished piece.
