The fifth submission for Mechtember. Presenting the Koubu from the videogame, Sakura Wars, created by Oji Hiroi, and Sega.
The Koubu is a steam-punk mecha created by the Japanese Government during the Taisho period to fight demonic entities. Because of the Koubu being powered by spirit energy, women make up the majority of the fighting force due to their stronger spiritual power, though some men can pilot them.
