When I uploaded clips of Team Galaxy for my Totally spies No context twitter I got flashbacks of watching this during the Yes era on Cartoon Network. I decided to draw Yoko as a mermaid for the Mermay art challenge and an art jam. 

I remember I had a Yugioh card called "Deep Sea Diva" and since Yoko was a pop-star on the rise in the show I guess the nostalgia of the card I had mixed with her singing career and the art challenge all together made me want to draw it like this. Of course I added Brett & Josh, annoyed because Yoko's singing is hit or miss and I'd thought it be funny. 

Not entirely sure how that background came out but backgrounds are still something I need to work on.
