Just replayed Full Throttle for the first time in some years, this time the remaster. Still far and away my favorite adventure game. I think it was the first time I ever heard hard rock in a game- maybe any licensed music in a game ever.
This the big Two-Oh for my "Retro PC Games" series. I didn't really plan on taking it this far, or any given distance, when I started. But there are a lot of great classic games on PC that I had good experiences with, some well-remembered, many not so much, some standing up to time, others flawed, but nonetheless that I wanted to pay tribute to. And it's helped me improve my art along the way. If I run out unique titles to do, maybe I'll draw more stuff from my favorites. Who knows.
