Step 1- Draw a circle or use the circle tool and put a cross and a circle in the center of the cross.

Step 2- Change the opacity of that layer and go onto a new layer (Optional.) Add the hair fluff (Optional) And add the ears.

Step 3- Add the face.

Step 4- Add the cheeks and cheek fluff (Optional)

Step 5- Add any accessories and hide or delete the layer with the circle.

Step 6- Go onto a new layer and change the opacity of the sketch and on the new layer and trace over the sketch.

Step 7- Hide or delete the sketch layer and colour in your character.
