The key point to not getting blammed. Seriously, take note.

1.) Don't say "please don't blam". That's reverse psychology and the viewer will want to blam.

2.) If you're going with the black and white art style that's okay but then make sure your character movements are fine. If you haven't already, read "The Animator's Survival Guide". Big helpful hints on how to get movements looking accurate. You seem to have a good idea on how frame-by-frame works based on your gifs.

3.) You'll get better reception if you use a color scheme. I saw your anime eyes, so I know you know how to color and shade roughly. Doesn't have to be complicated but a tidy background that's colored fine should do well even if the characters are simple black and white stick-men. Consider the room's light source and where the shadows would drop.

4.) Put in love. Take your time. Add music (I recommend my track "Anew"; it's on my NG page), a preloader, sound effects if desired. It's a ten second cartoon so please make it beautiful. 10 sec. cartoons are normally an automatic blam in NG community. I know you can do it CALIFLOWER. It'll totally be worth it!
