So mermay has passed, and yet here i am with a super late, kind of contribution to this interesting event. Needless to say, i was just mosly interested in drawing a mermaid than the event itself but oh well.
When thinking about a piece involving mermaid, ive always been a sucker for realistic concepts, in which these creatures trully look like underwater organisms than just humans with fish tails, and i may not have 100% succeeded with that imagery, but i also enjoy ancient giant creatures, so hopefully THAT, at least, i managed to depict quite well... hopefully
