H.045 is the one creature of which no additional information can be found for. Nobody has been able to locate its possible origin, species, or even species that are similar to it. As such, it has become the focal interest of the Rehabilitation Society’s research division, going under the official name; the Otherworld Bodymass.

Aside from its white dome, the mass shares features similar to that of a human’s, with the legs being its most similar components. However, it should be noted that its bone structure is far messier, with several points and quills running along the sides, and it even having an additional knee stored behind its left knee.

The upper half of its body is an even worse case, as a few skull-like bones have been found to complete its mouths and what can only be assumed to be an eye. There are also visible hands and other bones throughout the creature’s skeleton, however most appear to be inside of the creature, so the function of these bones have been put into question.

Despite the several mouths and similarity to a human, the Otherworld Bodymass has only rarely been found to have spoken a broken English, with the rest of its noises being quiet aahs and grunts.

”Hey, [does anyone]… know where [we are]? Oh Christ, [I don’t even know] what day [it] is… Where’s the [Russ Ianguy guy], you think he… No… I can [explain] (indecipherable)”

-Otherworld Bodymass’ longest recorded sentence
