This is my entry for the COTM elf motivation. The elves that work hard for Santa have fun at a birthday party but the lazy elves are made into meat pies for them. The design is similar to some warning labels on cigarettes in europe where a warning is at the bottom and above it is an image, often people in the hospital and they also often have a light blue background. But the elves do not get cancer from smoking too much, they become pie stuffing when they are lazy.
I enter the beginner category because it is the first time I tried to work with markers and it did not go very well, that is why I used pencils, too.
