Took a slight few liberties from the original prompt for this one. The official one says "Stepping Out Of The Screen", and I was originally going to draw something closer to that. Sadly, I wasn't really satisfied with how those sketches came out, and I wanted something simpler to work on to get this done on time. So instead, we have Newman popping out of the screen, probably begging to be freed or put back.

EDIT: Made the area around the back of the TV darker since I didn't like how the TV itself was in just flat colors.
