This is Bill Radioactive. He sells doodoo ramen and owns the very popular food store known as Poopoo Ramen. He also has tentacles that come out of his face with teeth on the other end of them. This is why you see a bunch of teeth in his forehead. Also , he was cursed to be like this by someone named Daddy Dearest after dating his daughter . His enemies are a blue haired man named Boyfriend . Also this is my first art piece I have posted on NG . NG fuckin rocks.
