Definitely need more art piece's like this on MS Paint, I love the color scheme, and you have one of the coolest backgrounds I have seen. Love the shadows.

Once again messing around in MSpaint and Paintdotnet.
Made an OC, his name's Dior, I have been doodling him on paper for a few months. I drew him on my pc since I got bored, spent a good hour or more on this. I'm liking the background a lot, I tried making it look like a paper card cut with bits and pieces cut out.
