Madalox that originate from the Ceile Garden, but most can be found wandering the desert and using dune shallows as stopping points.
Known as the Ceile, they are much like their Urtan kin in that they have learned to incorporate the modern world into their lifestyle. They are still nomadic and possess the same wanderlust as the R'thean. Most Ceile are artisans, merchants and guides through the harshest desert zones.
