Currently House Arcturus is comprised of the three siblings, Engle, Ilinca and Rochel. Claiming their parentage to be from the thought lost Viennrosa Adriana, any disputes of this were put to rest through rites and possession of royal memorabilia belonging to the royal line. They have been sent among their people again with the mission of taking back power from the Red Seats and steer the Penumbra from what their mother feels to be permanent degradation if the course is held.
