Hellooooo Newgrounds! Well, here I am, and this will be my first ever submission on art based on the obscure Kids WB cartoon “Histeria!”. Now, you might be thinkin’, “Histeria on Newgrounds? I never seen it at all before?” Well, it’s true! For the first time ever, I am posting some fanart of Histeria right here on Newgrounds.
