Charly!
He stumbled upon Chompy’s egg while working in the cosmic scrapyard, his place of employment.
When Chompy hatched, Charly took it upon himself to take care of him and keep him safe. This might technically make him a “father” to Chompy, but he prefers to think of himself more as a “Big Bro.”
He noticed Chompy did great in the water but moved kind of awkwardly on dry land, so he outfitted his lil bro with a pair of transforming RoboPants to help him get around better.
Charly’s the one you talk to about upgrading your Pants, and he’s also the second playable character in the game!
He enjoys fixing broken vehicles, studying insects, and a good cuppa cwoffee.
