A ref sheet for my character, Clio!
He's a little cyborg sea angel!!! And also the captain of a large starship!
Clio is an experimental prototype to a new line of artificial organisms. Extremely fast learners, he's put in a position to steer and command one of the most famed of all battleships... Unfortunately, though the potential is there, you can't be born a genius! Clio has to learn everything in the field, he starts off with the mind and behavior of a hyperactive child!!!! But everyone's got to start somewhere!!!

HE IS ACTUALLY EXTREMELY BOUNCY AND SQUISHY if you did it he's like one of those little rubber balls that bounce super high- he even uses it for combat if he needs to!
