X-men Evolution's Boom Boom my fave secondary...protag? Antag? She jumps from good to bad so much brain can't remember, this outfit is from the uh..."Controversial" Episode, note the air quotes, its basically a girl power more or less episode and tbh its not that bad, it wasn't them man bashing from what I remembered. Only folks who complained about this episode if they did it today would use the word "woke" if you catch my drift,

I like the outfit and I wanted to draw her being sassy about to make the big badda boom.

As for why the rainbowy background, just wanted some fun wild bright colors to contrast the dark outfit.
