Wanted to do Sailor Moon art, Found one that's part of a set and now I am doing them, I know its the sailor moon crystal designs...but I used to 90s color pallet. Why? Because I think the new pallet is a way to pale and calm for the kick but girls of awesome...like even the original color pallets that Naoko Takeuchi used were much bolder than what Crystal does...trust me it's a little irksome.
