So there are many universes and versions of Harley Quinn and in a comic showing them for a small part of a panel there was a mermaid version of Harley Quinn. I saw it went I wanna draw that...and here we are with Harley enjoying herself floating in a giant bubble of water...which was fun to try and render. Why not wait for mermay?
