I am not good at titles

This was an art I worked on and off again for about -checks notes- a year...damn a year. While listening to the song jolly sailor bold on loop over and over again, so basically this got worked on when I was in the mood for a moody sailing song.

Its pokemon...lots of them...so many, there were less in the sketch till folks complained about lack of certain ones...ugh...any way look art painter thingy...was so hard to do the coloring for this, I wanted to do more painter style but it was not working right for me.
