Another Commission from Tom...he said..."Draw an Eevee flipping the bird." I went alright....at first I admit I thought it was a joke. He said no do it....so I did and here we are.
Did you know there are light cream blondish color on the fur tips on Eevee's head? Well, they did come out in the 90s...and bleach spikes were a thing, right?
