Barret "Bug-Eye" Macrage

Share

Guess who decided to start drawing again outta no where!

Hello once again, this time I bring someone I'm quite excited with. My friends and I have been playing DnD for a little over a few months now and we're planning on doing a Wild Western Fantasy campaign soon. After going through some ideas with a friend outside my DnD pals, they gave me the idea for an Insectoid Gunslinger. So in turn, I made Barret "Bug-Eye" Macrage.

He's a mute, 8"2 ft, multi-armed gunslinging Lv 5 Ranger. His wings double up as defense as well as a poncho to conceal both his body and his weaponry and likes playing the banjo.

I recently made another thing to go along with his Character Sheet, however, that'll be uploaded after this.

Anyway, Thanks for stopping by! Imma end us with some simple facts about Barrett but if you wanna skip those, it was a pleasure having ya.

Facts:

  1. Barrett is an ex-gang member of a group known as The Butterfly Gang/The Butterfly Boys, which his sister is the leader of.
  2. Barrett keeps a worn-out journal on him at all times which he regularly documents his life, as well as writes sheet music, recalls safe and dangerous places in the desert, and an address for his mother, so if any travelers find his body, they can at least give her his Journal so she understands what happened to her son.
  3. Barrett is Mute more out of obligation rather than choice. To explain is simply without giving away too much, Barrett loses a duel at the start of the campaign which results in a shot in the neck and a shot across his eye. However, he is saved by a nearby Party member just to discover the damage the bullets did to his throat and eye is unfixable. Now he will rarely speak since it causes too much pain, to the point where if he does, he ends up coughing up blood, and the vision in his bad eye being hazy.
