That's right! I remember now! It's Blue (or Green) from the Pokémon series!

Thought it'd be interesting draw him as I had never attempted to draw him prior to this. I have mixed feelings towards how he looks, but I like how the background turned out.

Blue's pose and attire are predominately based on his sprite in Pokémon Yellow, Gold, Silver & Crystal. Artwork, sprites and models also referenced from various Pokémon games, material and the anime. I also referenced an image of Johnny Test for Blue's legs. The background is based on Pokémon Blue Version's North American box art.
