"The deal is struck"
With little to no choice, Finn accepted the princess' deal. Stay and work at the hotel and at some point when a demon gets redeemed, he might have an out. Either the redeemed demon would tell someone up there about Finn and his plight or maybe someone up there would see him down there. It's a desperate idea but it's he only one he had left. Now with the deal struck and him in the princess' power, she proceeded to fix up his battered, dying body and restored him to full physical health WHILE they shook on it. The mental scars and malnutrition would be fixed later on.
However the years of wounds, improperly set bones and other maladies couldn't be easily fixed. So his badly healed right shoulder was re-set into it's proper place; the three ribs on his right side were pushed back into place, no longer prodding at his lung; a small piece of metal he couldn't pick out of his left hip was pulled out; and so on and so forth. Finn couldn't stop crying out in agony until she finally let go of his hand.
