Doc Neutron (Andrew Starchild)

Doc Neutron, AKA Dr. Andrew Starchild, WWII scientist who unlocked the secrets of a staff-like Nazi weapon. But then the weapon (in his hands ) destroyed Hiroshima. Riddled with guilt, he left Earth. No one knows what happened to him out there, but he returned in the 80s, ready to help wherever he can.
