In 1991, the Magic Lake Show received its biggest and last major update thanks to Time Warner's investment. The Looney Tunes barges were revamped (with the exception of Speedy Gonzales), to conform to the 1990s style guides.

While popular during the 1984-1990 run, the Gossamer barge was replaced with a Petunia Pig barge due to guest demand.

The WB shields and the electric hot air balloon had their color schemes to become more uniform.

While the "That's all Folks!" finale remained the same from the 1984-1990 show, the finale music was replaced to use the original score from the cartoons.

The major new addition to the Magic Lake Show was the "Six Flags Presents" barge.

However in 1993, the barge was updated to present the newer Six Flags logo at the time.
