Designing the yakuza gang Mikhail mentioned in A Day With Hikari Part II

The Burglars are a part of the gang who as the name implies, steal stuff, also Hikari was apart of the gang and still wears his Burglars scarf, the wizards are another part of the gang which feature radiation infused warriors known for wearing suits and straw hats and dual wielding guns, and the kingpin is the leader of The Yakuza who I don't have any name for yet :P
