Aww adorable sketches. And really good you are self critical. Always some stuff to get better at. The most imortant thing to improve on when it comes to all art is to express ones soul. and I think you are doing a pretty good job at that.

During December, I drew 14 sketches of Eminy! It was an exercise to familiarize myself with drawing her. I'm very inconsistent but this did open my eyes as to what I need to work on (mainly proportions)
