The final character chosen for the color wheel challenge and for the color pink is:
Washu Hakubi from the Tenchi Muyo series.
This one took a while due to Twitter glitches, work, and after choosing I wanted to work carefully on this one and included Washu, her sidekicks A and B, and her "true" form.
