Like many evil insect demons, Karoz terrorize humans, fed on their flesh, blood, and bones, and when it's mating season, captures women to breed with them.

According to Karoz, the females of his species are much more vicious and more likely to devour their victims while mating with them.

Karoz's exposed brain is part of an honorary ritual when mating with a female of his species.

The female will eat the top of the head and devour the males brain, or even their whole head, and leave the male for dead by this is a ruse as the brain, or head, will regenerate and grow antenna along with the more exposed brain.

Karoz is one of the most dangerous mantis demons and it will take an incredible power to eradicate him completely.
