Quick creepypasta summary (from what I remember) : a trainer got a Wigglytuff via trading but noticed that her name was "Disabled", he didn't think about it that much, he then proceeded to fight a wild ponyta but he realised that ponyta's sprites were off, she seemed scared. When the trainer tried attacking uaing sing a text box popped up saying "disabled", no matter how many times he tries to use it, it always show the same text box, after the battle the Wigglytuff confronted the player, there was a low wispering sound coming from the console saying something like "why can't I sing" then followed by a scream saying "give me your sing" then the game crushed
