Anglerfish Mermaid

This one took a while because first of all I took a break this weekend for the Zelda splatfest, plus I didn’t want to rush it.
Also decided to make this one more monstrous because it seemed more in line with an anglerfish to make it more animalistic. I’d like to make more mermaids like this that are higher fantasy, like the Zora in the 3D Zelda games.
