It's Leap Year

And more importantly Leap Day. In any OTHER year, It would be March 1st right now but every 4 years, February 29th is added to the calendar.
I, an Occasion Noticer, have decided to make art for Balloonshroom's first Leap Year.
Just glad I was able to finish this on time.
This was supposed to look different than it is now but I had a change of plans.
