Aside from Pokémon, I made only one OC for SpiderVerse/SpiderMan: Doctor Liana AKA Spider Octopus!

Backstory

Doctor Liana Octavius (or Liana Nora) was one of the biology researchers from New York. Being adopted by Doctor Otto Octavius at a young age, she had an isolated childhood because of his absence and crimes to take down Spider-Man.

As soon as she became a fully-grown adult, Liana graduated, majoring in Biology, and became one of the known professors, going by the name, “Doctor Liana Nora”.

The incident takes place in Liana’s apartment when: She was almost done with her research when an radioactive spider (specifically, a Black Widow spider and possibly the same one that bit Peter Parker) bit her hand once and crawled away. Brushing off the bite, she manage to save and finish her research paper. Later, she overcame a few side effects, such as headaches and fatigue, and decides falling asleep would be a more soluble way to get rid of the sickness. 

When morning arrived, she noticed the body change in her (as expected). She aced her research presentation and was on top of everything. Until one string of web came from her wrist, she kept it secret and came up with to test her powers. After testing, she became determined that she decided to use her powers for the good of others. What she didn’t know is that Doctor Octopus knew about this and decided to go against his own adopted daughter for betraying his word.
