Wacky Waldo the King of Zany. He's pretty much an FNF monstersona.

He speaks English, Russian, Japanese, and Swedish, often swapping languages mid-sentence, thus making absolutely no sense.

He thrives off of "trolling" others, and by trolling, it usually means something ridiculous like uninstalling all the doors in someone's house and watching them get annoyed at it.

One of his hobbies include hopping onto vehicles on an active highway and throwing rocks at passing cars to try and get them to mess up. He also enjoys a bit of "scrapbooking", aka snipping papers and magazines into tiny unrecognizable shreds and sticking them onto passing people or their things using superglue.

He's a general menace to society but cannot be stopped, as he is the King of Zany.
