Garcello (Azeleon Style)

#3 in my FNF redesign series.

Garcello is an amazing mod, honestly. In like, 6 minutes, you meet some weird guy in an alleyway, and next thing you know, you're crying every time you listen to "Fading". That song is honestly so sad, Garcello is so sad, he deserves all the Ghost McDonalds in the world, honestly.

So why did I draw this man as a super ghost demon thing? I dunno, I thought it'd be badass.

I wanted to go for something along the lines of "he's half ghost half human", so he's now some kind of monster. My weird headcanon is that whatever he was smoking was supposed to grant immortality or something which is why his ghost stuck around to sing a few more tunes before fading out, but sadly for Garcello, his dealer must have been giving him some bootleg stuff which caused him his tragic fate.

But what if somehow instead of dying, he became some kind of monster spirit thingy? Well here you have it, Garcello in my style.

With smoky "ectomist" surrounding him, and large teal claws, Garcello is no longer human.

All the flowing hair and smoke is meant to emphasize the fact that he's very ghostlike, and floats around everywhere with his genie-like ghost tail thing.

As a part of no longer being human, and as a result of years of smoking, his eyes, teeth, and even bones have yellowed to an unhealthy state.

The tattoo wrapped around his body is actually glow-in-the-dark, and much like the smoke surrounding him, would change colors based on the notes he hits in a song.

His chest has visible ribs sticking out to sort of imply something happening in his chest. His lungs being filled with smoke for so long in his human life has caused them to transform in this monster state, in which he constantly takes in oxygen and exhales a hallucinogenic smoke.

I'm not quite sure why I put an eye on his stomach, it just looks pretty cool, lol.

But there you have it, Garcello in my style!

I love this design! Really like the fiery look on the ecto-mist!

Azeleon responds:

Thanks! It was a lot of fun drawing it all flowing-like.
