I have been playing POKKEN TOURNAMENT and played as pikelibre <- that's what I call her, and this character is SUPER strong so strong. one of my favorite Pokemon in the game probably forever till death. Also, the reason why I know this pikachu is a female is because of the heart at the tip of its tail. Try the game if you have a Nintendo Switch.
