Wanted a half decent model of Pico for myself, and Pico Day was coming up anyway, so naturally I have to share a turnaround.
26,522 Tris, 3 Materials, 55 Bones. Rendered in Blender Eevee and textured in Substance Painter

GOD DAMN, THIS IS AWESOME: genuinely the best 2D to 3D translation of Pico I've ever seen so far!
And I'm not a BIG expert at 3D modeling yet, however it seems like I can say the topology looks pretty good too, from that wireframe veiw ;]
