This one I got from a YouTube video online. I know that Dio is inspired by that 80s band from that time called Dio of the same name. I always remembered them as the band that made that song Holy Diver. Dio for me is one of the few characters that interested me because he's one of the few villains I've seen in anime that cried even though some people could say that he could be an undiagnosed Psychopath. He's one of the few characters with a powerful stand called "The World" that can freeze time and make him attack anyone while he's moving. He's a well-done villain that I felt was taken too soon in Stanc Proud of Season 4.
