I decided to draw Queen Ripple or the Fairy Queen or whatever the hell she's called is because I think she's cute. @skout455 requested me to draw himself being flustered with her so I obliged, probably the cutest photo-bombing ever! I've never really been good at drawing skirts, let alone a double-layered one, so sorry if it looks weird, and I guess I may be the first person to even consider drawing her all chubby like this, so there's that. Did not shade due to lazedom, and yeah. Hope you like it!
