The light and colouring is really good. Her breats are way too oversized though and because they are so big it seems that you've drawn her stomach too far out and it doesn't seem to me to be where her body would continue too.

The colouring and shading and the rest of it is really great, it's odd how the 2 versions look like different people and the shading makes them look like a completely different person.
