This was something I did as part of my effort to raise awareness of a bill that was written in US Congress in December 2020 called SISEA (Stop Internet Sexual Exploitation Act). It's name was ultimate irony, as it only served to open the door for easier exploitation of minors online while effectively banning any currently legal online pornography in all forms, to sum it up. Thankfully, the bill died in committee shortly after I drew this, however, it or any similar bill unfortunately still has potential to be reintroduced in Congress, as there always seems to be holier-than-thou politicians seeking to attack sexual expression and demonize sex workers and sex in general, and there are already some laws currently active in the USA as of this writing that do just that.

I hate to get political here, but I do want this drawing here as a reminder that, while you shouldn't dedicate all of your time and energy to politics, it can and will effect your life whether you're paying attention or not, so use your voice to speak out toward your senators and representatives and, most importantly, vote.

Also, one of the co-writers of SISEA, Josh Hawley of Missouri (R), aided in the attempted insurrection of the US Capitol on January 6th (Coincidentally the same day SISEA was declared dead before a vote could take place) and voted after that to nullify the results of the 2020 presidential election, so I strongly doubt he's looking out for children or even their parents.

BTW, the message on Eliza and Chiha's shirts was written by Mr. Peculiart, who was especially outspoken about SISEA as well. They wrote a template that could be pased onto a character's body, but I couldn't get it to look right because of their body shapes, so I just wrote out the entire message word-for-word.
