I made this dress out of recycled materials eg: cardboard, paper, foam, and wood. I originally had ALOT of trouble finding the materials, but my grandma brought me the stuff i needed so it was all good.
I made the flowers with left over squares of paper glued together, then spray painted blue.
The hat is made out of 2 cardboard circles (one smaller and one bigger) and one rectangle of cardboard bent into a circle. Then it was taped together and spray painted.
